How
can I purchase an e-gift certificate?
Go to the Shop section
of Strip Club Cards.com, select the country and the
city that the recipient lives in. A list of merchant
categories (i.e. Fine Dining) will appear. Select the
merchant category. A list of merchants will then appear
with a brief business description. Click on the merchant
you wish to purchase an e-gift certificate from. Strip
Club Cards will then walk you through the necessary
steps to complete the transaction.
Can
an e-gift certificate be purchased for a physical retail
location?
Yes! Electronic or mailed gift certificates can be used
at any of our Strip club Cards registered merchants' physical store
locations or at their online establishment. The choice
is yours.
What
if the recipient does not have an e-mail address?
That's o.k.! Just follow the steps for the regular 'post'
or mailing option. Strip Club Cards will mail the gift
certificate to the indicated address on your behalf.
Allow at least one week for delivery.
What
if I do not have an e-mail address?
As the purchaser, you require an e-mail address in order
to receive both your credit card receipt and confirmation
that the gift certificate has been sent to the recipient.
How
do I pay for an e-gift certificate?
You can pay by Visa, American Express or MasterCard.
Is
my credit card and personal information secure?
Absolutely. Strip Club Cards uses VeriSign Secure,
128-bit encryption and a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to
ensure the highest security standards.
Can
I purchase more than one e-gift certificate in one order?
Yes, you may purchase as many gift certificates as you
like. Allow one business day to process multiple orders
or orders over $50.00.
Can
I specify the Gift certificate amount I would like to
send?
Yes! You may enter the exact dollar denomination you
would like. There is, however, a minimum order amount
of $10.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00.
Can
I specify the date I would like my e-gift certificate
to be sent?
Yes! You may select a date in the future to send a gift
certificate by e-mail or mail. If you do not select
a date, the default is the day you place the order.
Can
I send an e-gift certificate to someone in another country?
Yes! You may send an e-gift certificate to people living
in Canada and United States. Our list of countries will
continue to grow. Keep in mind that the certificate
will be in the currency of the country you select. For
an online merchant, however, you may send the gift certificate
to someone in any country. In this case, the currency
will be indicated on the certificate.
What
is the difference between an e-gift certificate and
a paper certificate?
Both our e-gift certificates and paper certificates
can be ordered online at Strip club Cards.com, and used at the
specified merchant. The e-gift certificate is delivered
instantly (unless another date is selected) and the
paper certificate will be mailed by regular post and
will take up to one week to arrive.
Will
I receive a credit card receipt?
Yes, at time of purchase, you will receive a credit
card receipt by e-mail. This e-mail will NOT contain
your credit card number for security purposes.
How
will I know that my e-gift certificate has been sent?
You will receive an e-mail confirming that the e-gift
certificate has been sent within a few minutes of your
purchase. For large value orders ($50.00 or more) and
multiple certificate orders, allow one business day
for processing.
How
much does sending an e-gift certificate cost?
There is a $1 administration fee for sending an e-gift
certificate by e-mail or mail. There are NO shipping
costs for delivery by regular mail, however, a shipping
fee is charged for any special delivery services requested.
