The program features an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
system - a 24/7 automated system that allows merchants
to activate, redeem and check gift certificate balances
in real-time through any touch-tone phone. It also includes
a multilingual support call center - a 24/7 live operator
call center that allows merchants to activate, redeem
and check gift certificate balances in real-time. The
Program also features a technical support call center
that allows merchants to receive answers to any technical
question. Standard technical support is available during
regular business hours (EST).
Training
The Strip Club Cards Training Program ensures your
staff understands how to use their new Strip Club Cards
gift certificate solution. This program features a merchant
welcome kit that outlines how to sell and redeem gift
certificates. It also includes a user manual that answers
questions from head office down to cashier. In addition,
a Strip Club Cards representative will call merchant offices
or retail locations to explain the new solution. Each
training program is tailored to the specific needs of
each merchant and Strip Club Cards solution.
Tracking and Reporting
Strip Club Cards tracks all transactions in real-time
across multiple locations and produces a number of reports
to help merchants manage their gift certificates. These
reports provide transaction history, reconciliation and
compensation information along with activation, redemption
and expiration data. Reports are available online and
can be imported into most accounting software.
